1. | Driver's age | Minimum 25 years old.

| 2. | Driver's license | National or International, held for at least
2 years.

| 3. | Traffic Fines | Are the responsability of the renter.

| 4. | Insurance | All our cars are properly insured, for third
party act CY law.
A full insurance can be obtained for CY£ 5.00 per day, except for diesel and automatic cars, which is CY£ 6.00 per day Insurance does not cover damage to the tyres, oil sump, glass windows and cover for the jeeps. Damage to the above can be waived at an extra charge of CY£ 0.60 per day. The hirer will be responsable for any damaged caused if found to have consumed an excessive amount of alcohol. |

| 5. | Personal Accident
Insurance |
Is available for as little as CY£ 1.20
per day per person.

| 6. | Gasoline | Is paid by the renter in advance and is not refundable.
|
|
| 7. | Payment | Rental charges are payable in advance, otherwise
the renter is uninsured and unauthorised to drive the car. We honour all
major credit cards.

| 8. | Reservations | Cars are booked by group and we cannot guarantee
any particular make or type.
|

| 9. | VAT | Is included.
|
|
